Project Life

We have a ongoing monthly PROJECT LIFE CLASS inspired by Becky Higgins. You are probably asking "What is Project Life?".
Take a look at this video from Becky Higgins:

This is a wonderful system created by the talented Becky Higgins.  It is a great way to record memories and daily life.  EVERYONE can do this project.  No matter what your level of scrapbooking or creativity.  Even if you think that you can't scrapbook in the traditional sense, you can do this.  Think about how wonderful it will be for your family, years from now, when they can look back at a year from the past complete with photos and handwritten notes from you.  It will become a family heirloom.

Our Class has been full every month since we started in Jan but now with the expansion of the class room 8 more people can join us! If you are interested in learning more about this you can visit Becky Higgins blog, come by my store and I can show you or call and talk to me.

Class is FREE you are just asked to spend $15 while you are here that night. (also if just joining us that you buy your album for Project Life from me)  I have a large selection of albums in the store and can order you other colors and styles.
I carry all the We are Memory Keepers Page Protectors in all different styles, Bazzill's licketly slips, Simple Stories, American Crafts 6x12s. I carry 12x12 3 ring binders also.
I also carry LOTS of different journal cards and elements to make your book your own creation.  There are so many things that you can do with this year long project.

The classroom at Scrappies has been expanded!  It has doubled in size.  Lots of room for you to work on you Project Life:

And example of using a smaller insert with your 12x12 pages to add more photos from the week.  The one shown is a baseball card size page.
You can still do some traditional scrapbooking on your pages.  Add as little or as much as you want.
More examples of using smaller page inserts in your album.  You may have some weeks that you have a lot more to say than others.

Here is what people are saying:  (coming soon)

  1. I'm loving Project Life! It's a simple, organized way of documenting the memories of special moments and everyday life. Anyone can do this! It's a great way to use those fun pics that you might not use on a scrapbook layout but you want to remember. I'm getting so much inspiration from these classes and enjoying every minute! Thanks Casey!

  3. I started Project Life for our first grandchild born in May. It has been so much fun scrapping her development. My goal is for her to know how much she is loved and how much I enjoyed doing this for her and she will have a remembrance of me when she looks at her album. Thanks, Casey for your inspiration and halp.

  4. i am a Project Life addict! I love being able to document all the little things in life that are special to me,but not picture perfect. I really feel like i am accomplishing something, instead of getting farther behind. It has greatly improved my journaling and gives me a place to put all of my emphemera other than a drawer.
